For mountain bikers the Loch Eck Loop offers magnificent views of Beinn Mhor, and the west coast islands of Islay and Jura. Local attractions include Pucks Glen, Benmore Botanic Gardens and the Kilmun Mausoleum where Saint Munn landed after leaving Ireland in the 6th century, where the Holy Loch name was derived.
