Willow is a beautifully appointed, dog friendly, bungalow in a tranquil setting, an open plan living / dining and kitchen area is complimented by two well proportioned bedrooms, both with luxurious en suite facilities, the garden has a decked area with patio furniture and a barbecue. The Camel trail passes just to the north of Willow and extends all the way to Padstow. The beautiful Ruthern Valley which is one of Cornwall's hidden gems is a couple of miles away where woodland slopes descend to a shady river valley where you can enjoy the undisturbed sounds of the country, away from the hustle and bustle of the frantic coastal resorts. You would not believe there are places like this in Cornwall! Nanstallon is midway between the north and south coasts and just a few minutes drive from the A30 dual carriageway making it a very convenient place to stay. The Eden Project, Padstow and some great surf beaches are all within a short drive. Accommodation Ground Floor only: Entrance hall with doors to; Master bedroom with 5' bed, built in storage, en suite bathroom with separate quadrant shower, WC and hand basin. Twin bedroom 3' beds, walk in wardrobe, en suite shower room with WC and hand basin. Open plan living / dining room with comfortable sofas, large flat screen TV, dining table and chairs, door to decked area in the garden. Kitchen area with fully fitted units and appliances. Exterior: The garden extends around the property with a gravelled drive to the front with space for 2 cars. To the rear is a Millboard deck with patio furniture and a charcoal barbecue. Facilities & Services Heating is via LPG central heating. The kitchen has a range of modern equipment. There is an electric oven and hob, a microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge / freezer and dishwasher. There is a combined washing machine / dryer. The sitting room area has a flat screen digital TV & DVD player. There is unlimited WiFi available at the property. There is an iron & ironing board and a hair dryer. Miscellaneous Electricity, heating, bed linen & towels are all included but you will need to provide your own beach towels. No smoking. A maximum of 2 small / medium dogs or one large dog are welcome at the property at the small additional cost of £35 per dog per week, please note dogs must not be left unattended in the property. Pets to bring own bedding and towels. There is a cot & high chair available upon request. The barbecue is available on request but needs to be cleaned after use. There are parking facilities for up to 2 vehicles. For larger groups book with Silver Birch, capacity 4. which is 50m from Willow. General Booking Information Arrival / Departure is normally a Friday. Short breaks are available during quieter periods. £250 pre-authorised to your credit or debit card as a security deposit is required.
