The apartment is on the ground floor of a small block. It's a great base for your stay while visiting family /friends or a few rounds of golf. It has a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for your stay Spanish/English TV, DVD player sofa and armchair, dining area table and 4 chairs, one double bedroom one twin bedroom all with air conditioning, bathroom with a shower over the bath. There is a balcony off the lounge with table and chairs and a communal patio with a bbq that must be cleaned after use and a rooftop pool. All linen provided.....towels for the pool / beach provided. The apartment is fitted with an electric card meter, you are allowed so much electricity depending on your stay but cards can be purchased if more is needed. Its situated in the town of San Miguel de Salinas and is within walking distance to supermarkets, bars and restaurants, and a 10 -15 minute drive to beaches.
