For convenience, a half bath is off the kitchen. 2 guest rooms, a full bath and laundry room complete this wing of the house which leads to the 2-car garage. The home is equipped with central AC and ceiling fans throughout. The master bedroom suite is separated from the other guest rooms on the other side of the house. There are sliding glass doors that lead out onto a private lanai for the master or to the pool. Master suite features a large walk-in master closet, and master bath complete with luxurious soaking tub, glass shower, double sinks and long open counter tops.
