A Pequena Casa is a welcoming and comfortable property, fully equipped and in a prime location. Situated in Coja, this house is located a few meters from the center of the village. The village offers everything that you will need, including bars, cafes, shops and excellent patisseries that sell many regional products. There is a wonderful river beach ideal for swimming and canoeing which is approximately 5 minutes' walk away. The space The Pequena Casa has a fully equipped kitchen with essential appliances and utensils, a living room with TV, sofa bed and stereo, and a small bathroom on the first floor. On this floor, there is a large window that gives access to a balcony with a prime view of the nature outside. On the ground floor, which is accessed by stairs, you can find a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower. The bedroom has a large window that gives access to a beautiful garden, ideal for unwinding and escaping from the stresses of everyday life. Please note that should you wish to bring a small dog, an extra 50 euros security deposit will be required.
