Private attic room in a great location just 15 mins from central Philly, 17mins to Philly Airport and 1.5hrs to NYC. Close to concert halls, major freeways, stores, restaurants and malls. 5mins walking distance to Ferry Patco train station. Free on-street parking. Off-street parking available by request. The room has an extra pull-out sofa/futon that can sleep 1 adult or 2 small children. Clean & cozy room with an amazingly snuggly queen bed. Draw set. Wall heaters or AC & fans for comfort. Normally someone will greet at the house you or we will provide an entry code. We are self employed and mostly work from home so we are normally close by to help with questions or concerns or if help needed. The house is on a quite safe street with a police station just down the road. Neighbors are friendly & helpful. It's a multicultural area that close to everything you need. 5mins walking distance from Patco train station. Freeways and major roads all close by.
