Entire house freshly painted, new refrigerator, new dish washer, new oven and range, 2 new queen sofa beds up & downstairs, new love seat, smart TVS, the queen bed in master upgraded to Large King bed, the 2 twin beds replaced with 1 queen size bed in 2nd bed room, brand new marble dining room set, new outdoor patio furniture set on deck that fits perfect with current patio set that now holds enough seating for 12-15 on deck and 5-10 people around firepit on patio, kitchen includes all you will need for any type of cooking, bathroom amenities all included, brand new bedding and pillows for all beds, fully fenced in yard for pets and kids, 3 lane Driveway that will hold large vehicles or up to 6 vehicle parking and 2 car extended garage. Pool is available for $50 set up fee. (this is how much we pay the cleaners to get this ready. We are not profiting off having the pool, just wanting to provide more options for our guests.) Outside - The large fenced in backyard begins with a large deck furnished with a patio table and umbrella, outside seating area that offers the perfect family seating area and charcoal BBQ pit. Patio is the perfect spot to talk and laugh with friends around the propane fire pit with plenty of seating for a relaxing day or night outside under the St. Louis sky. Entire yard was leveled a couple years ago to make playing any outdoor games (washers, catch, bags, etc) the perfect environment. The landscape is professional designed and maintained. Located directly across the street is the large common ground the size of a baseball field that includes swings and a baseball fenced backstop that is all yours to enjoy. Your young kids and pets will love the freedom to run free. KITCHEN - Kitchen is stocked with all you should need to cook a typical meal. This also includes a microwave, stove, oven, refrigerator, utensils, children dishware, cooking utensils, pots and pans, coffee maker, dishwasher, cups, sugar, flower, oil, salt and pepper, coffee and many other spices. Please contact us with any special requests. LIVING ROOM AREA - The Living Room includes a new beautiful sofa bed with all bedding provided, love seat and an additional sitting chair. A Large Smart TV mounts above the woodburning fireplace and is capable of App TV networks such as Netflix and Hulu. MASTER BEDROOM - includes a brand new extremely comfortable KING size bed with all bedding provided and matching furniture set. You will enjoy the view through the bay window that oversees the backyard. Amazon firestick smart TV. Master also has it's own full bathroom with walk in shower, vanity and toilet. BEDROOM #2 - Bedroom #2 includes a comfortable queen bed with sheets, pillows and bedding, smart TV, large closet and ceiling fan. BEDROOM #3 - Bedroom #3 includes a comfortable queen size bed with sheets, pillows, and bedding, closet and TV. DOWNSTAIRS FAMILY ROOM/BEDROOM #4 - Lower Level is used as a downstairs Family Room, or Bedroom #4. This is the perfect room for a couple, multiple kids, family or group of people. A large mounted Smart TV is equipped for video streaming, App TV networks such as Netflix and Hulu, DVD and movies and a WII gaming console. Includes brand new sofa bed with pull out bed with all the bedding. The Futon also pulls out to a bed that sleeps 2. For larger groups, 2 double and 1 single air mattresses are available. The area is also perfect for those with several kids. Make a pallet of a bed using the extra covers for a large sleeping area for the little ones. DINING ROOM - Brand new exquisite Dining Room set with 6 seats and 2 additional stools. Additional chairs located under stairs down stairs should you need to use. KID FRIENDLY / BABY & INFANTS - Kids young and old love our home. Provided are several totes of kids toys as well as kids play table and chairs, Legos, Books, Board Games, Cards, Puzzles, DVD players with a wide variety of movies to choose from. The back bedroom is great for a baby sleeping in the Pack-N-Play or toddler laying down on the pull out floor mattress. Our home also has the basics such as dinnerware (plates, forks, spoons, bowls, sippy cups), high chair booster seat for dinner table, stroller, pack-n-play, baby bath, changing pad, Bumbo, Baby Gate, baby wash clothes and towels.
