Take a walk down memory lane in the comfort of modern accommodations. The Fennville House, built in 1890, and part of the Kingsley Family is the perfect getaway in the heart of Michigan's most visited coastal towns. Enjoy small town restaurants, beaches, skiing, and wineries in comfort. A remodeled 1890's Greek Revival. It is located in the heart of Fennville close to the Salt of the Earth. Both bedrooms are upstairs and the master is connected to the bathroom. There is a clawfoot tub upstairs and a shower on the main level. The kitchen dining room combo offers a great space to hang out and cook. There is a separate parlor room with comfy furniture and a media room off that to enjoy Netflix, Amazon Prime, or Hulu on a 50" TV. In the event that I can't meet you in person there is a lockbox located inside the front porch. I will text you the code a few days prior to your arrival. I am easily reachable and often nearby in Douglas, MI. Please call me. Our neighborhood is perched close to downtown Fennville. There is a wonderful public library across from our house that has summer children events. You can walk to Wagner's Grocery Story, Blue Goose Cafe, Salt of the Earth and Crane's orchards is just a short drive away. Saugatuck/Douglas is about 10 mins from of our home. We have plenty of room for parking in our driveway. There is no public transportation, sorry. On a rare occasion the hot water switch will be turned off. It is located in the basement stairwell reached next to the dryer. Up is on.
