Just a 15 Minute drive from IAH Airport. A Very Quiet Neighborhood in the Livable Forest of Kingwood! There are a wide variety of snacks to enjoy while at our unit! Feel free to sit back and relax while watching a movie (or 3) on the Big Screen TV W/ Netflix and Amazon Prime Video. Enjoy your stay and feel at home in this beautiful private room in amazing Kingwood Texas! You will have your private room/bathroom. The entire unit is a detached garage with a built-in A/C, New Carpets, and A New Bathroom! We provide many snacks for you to enjoy, feel free to lay down on the plush, cloud like, comfort, and fall asleep in full bliss. The entire unit is yours to use! There is a nice, spacious bedroom, a newly renovated bathroom, and a storage space if you feel like you want to put your bags into a separate room so it doesn’t get in the way of your comfort! The space is all yours to use! I have my phone on me all day. between 11-12 i'm typically unavailable but if you message me i'll be sure to get back to you within the hour. There's a Starbucks and an Aldi Grocery store less than a 4 minute drive from the unit, grab your goodies, and come back to the unit to enjoy in the comfort and privacy of the space. There's a Very cute town center with many great restaurants like Torchy's Tacos, La Madeline French Bakery, Fuddruckers, Whataburger, Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers and Many More. Less than 10 minutes from a strip center on the lake with beautiful views. Chimichurri's is an amazing restaurant that we highly recommend to anyone staying from out of town! Enjoy as the Greenbelt trails is a 75 mile through the woods, beautiful trail that wraps around the entire city of kingwood and is a 2-minute walk from our house! There is a 9 Minute Drive from the nearest bus station. On top of all the great things to do at the town center, and at the lake! There is an even closer strip mall, about 4 minutes from us, along with an Aldi, Jason's Deli, and Starbucks! All of these incredible locations are less than 10 minutes from the unit! We look forward to your stay! The lamp next to the bed does not have a dial to turn it off. The plug for the wall outlet has to be taken out in order for the light to turn off. There is a storage space in a portion next to the livable unit, if for some reason, you would like to put your luggage in that room, feel free!
