You must inform us of any pets with your booking request and the fee will be added through a special offer sent by us. THIS IS A NONSMOKING RENTAL. Guest and Guest’s invitees agree not to smoke inside the property or on any decks or porches. This rental includes: BED SEETS, Dishes, flatware, cooking utensils, and glassware; TOWELS PAPER PRODUCTS AND TOILETRIES ARE NOT PROVIDED. Guests receive check in details after booking. Signed lease agreement is required prior to check in. Property is managed by a licensed Realtor. In the event of cancellation by the Guest, payments will be refunded only when the Property is re-rented at no loss to owner. 15% of such refund shall be deducted by Century 21 Gilmartin and Company as a cancellation fee. In the event the property is not re-booked, the tenant is responsible for the entirety of the lease. Keys are to be picked up at the Office of Century 21 GIlmartin and Company between the hours of 2:00PM and 5:00PM on the day of check-in and returned to our office no later than 10:00AM on the day of check-out. Tenant recognizes property has a pool and the inherent dangers associated with such pool. Tenant agrees to release and hold harmless Property Manager (Owner) from any and all claims of liability arising from the use of the pool. Tenant also acknowledges receipt and compliance of attached rules. This is a QUIET, rural neighborhood. There is a 10pm noise ordinance. PLEASE RESPECT THE NEIGHBORS. THIS IS A NONSMOKING RENTAL. If this rental property has any Common Areas shared with other units, Guest and Guest’s invitees agree not to smoke in the Common Areas. This rental includes: Dishes, flatware, cooking utensils, and glassware; LINENS, TOWELS AND TOILETRIES ARE NOT PROVIDED.
