This property is secluded yet conveniently located to both I-40 and I-81. Thanks! Note: entire home is not available, only the basement suite. This property is located at a private residence on a 5 acre tract on a quiet street. Parking available by the guest door and no steps to climb. Private guest patio for your use includes propane grill, fire pit with wood, and picnic table. Accommodations include a king bed, bunk with queen bed on the bottom, pull out single trundle, and a couch bed. Guests are frequently complimenting the comfort of the beds! This accommodation is pet friendly for responsible pet owners with house trained pets that are using a flea control program. I do ask that you take pets with you when you are away from the accommodation. There is a $15 fee per pet per day payable on arrival. This is negotiable for longer stays. Approval is required so please let me know if you are bringing pets when you make a reservation. This property is located in the small quaint town of White Pine yet convenient to Sevierville/Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg area and the Smoky Mountains. The surrounding properties are large acreage tracts with single family homes on a cul-de-sac street. Suite includes kitchen with sink, Keurig (coffee, cups, and creamers included), refrigerator with seperate freezer, toaster oven, microwave, and grill on patio with a propane side burner. Pots/pans and utensils are in the room for your use. (No stove in kitchen.)
