Grand staircase, trendy remodeled bedrooms. NOTE: my base rate is based on 1 or 2 guest using 1 of the bedrooms. If 2 guests using separate bedrooms chose 3 guests. $40/night additional. All TVs SMART Roku to sign into your NetFlix, Prime or other accounts. PARLOR- with Antique 1919 Brunswick full size pool table for Adults use only. Stereo with CD & aux hookup FRONT BEDROOM - Nice espresso bamboo hardwoods. Large 40" Samsung LED SMART flat screen TV REAR BEDROOM - Carpeted, AC seasonally, SMART LED Flat screen TV. ** Both beds in bedrooms are Double size, not queen. Antique & a little squeaky . 1 Full Sized air mattress available. Please let me know ahead for bedding. Best for use in front bedroom or living room. KITCHEN/LAUNDRY - Full kitchen with nice stainless fridge & full size stainless gas stove, toaster oven, Keurig, coffee maker, & microwave. Double bowl sink & washer/dryer. All utensils for cooking or grilling. Cocktail glasses. BATHS - Nice full bath up & 1/2 bath downstairs Air conditioning – Seasonally Window air conditioners in the living room & both bedrooms handles keeping cool as needed. NOT central air, so not same level of quiet. Caz is at least 5° cooler than Syracuse so not needed much. Parking - is rear off street driveway. Driveway is shared with owners. Please let me know ahead if you will have more than 1 vehicle. Nice yard, w/ swing set, gazebo in back of property, patio area with chiminea. Ping pong table in the carriage house. *** IMPORTANT NOTE: That being said, potentially fragile home with antique Morris chair, art, pool table if damaged or stained expensive, grand staircase unable to be secured or anything-gates or other hooked to it. All of the village is walkable including to new Meier Creek Farm Brewery, The Brewster Inn, Brae Loch, Lincklaen House & their classic 7 Stone Steps Pub, Caz Pizza, Caz Thai restaurant, McCarthys Irish Pub, Bowling Alley(good food), drug store & 20 East local products store and village shops.
