Area leads into the dining area nestled next to the wood burning stove and full kitchen. You are within walking distance to the local shops and eateries. Take some time how to hike the trails or visit nearby lakes. The residence is just 15 short minutes from Cuchara, home of the stunning Spanish Peak Mountains. This beautiful home has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a complete basement. Equipped with Wi-Fi and has an entertainment area in the basement. Disclosure: This property is a duplex. There is a shared door on the main floor that will remain locked unless a renter decides to rent out both sides. If entire duplex is rented it can hold a total of approximately 17-20+ ppl including couches and air mattresses if need be. We are always available, feel free to reach out at any point and time. The town has amazing charm and lot of history. Visit the museum in town or one of the many local shops. Depending on the time of year we have an amazing farmers market with lots of goodies available. We do not have air conditioning throughout the home but we do offer an a/c window unit in the main living area to help with the warm of the afternoon. It works great! Opening the bedroom windows in the evening keep sleeping very comfortable. Disclosure: This property is a duplex.
