Apartment in Zlin

We offer comfortable stay in a maisonette of 90 m² located in the residential quarter Zlín-Nivy. The city centre can be reached in 10 minutes walk. Perfect choice for families with kids or a group of friends, but also alone you’ll feel like home! 90 m² on two floors for up to 4 people located in the residential quarter Zlín-Nivy. You have everything you need to feel home: a fully equiped kitchen, a spacy living room with a wonderfull view over the town, WIFI access to work for free, fireplace and movies for rainy days, big bathroom with bathtube to chill out, barbecue in the garden... The apartment is equipped with a minibar. Should you wish to, we can buy additional food for you prior to your arrival. Bed linen and towels are included in the price of the accommodation. WIFI and parking are of course for free. A warm treatment of our guest is very important to us. Nevertheless, our guests shall decide, how much interaction they wish. It can go from having common barbecue in the garden or enjoying a guided tour in the town to full privacy. Occasionally, our guests may enjoy our home made bakery. The apartment is located in the residential quarter Zlin-Nivy. It's up on a small hill, surrounded by gardens and trees, quiet. Just 10 mins walk to the city center, though. There is a trolleybus station just down the hill, but the city isn't big as such, everything can be comfortably reached on food as well. Zlín are shoes, Zlín is Bata, Zlín is functionalism. When designing the apartment, we put a lot of attention to the harmony of the space, light and color, combining old, well-preserved furniture with new pieces, highlighted by old pictures of Zlín. Sitting in the chair you can travel back in time, when Zlín set worldwide the tone in shoemaking and a successful symbiosis between living, working and recreation.
