Full access to home, fenced yard, fish cleaning station, parking & all outdoor spaces on the property. The home is just two and a half blocks from the "South Bay" Boat Ramp & Marina the new Palacios Pavilion, Fishing Piers, Jetties and Bayside Beach & Park.
