Rocheport Cottage Warm & Charming

Charming new 1930's style retro cottage with 2 bedrooms with king and queen beds-and a den with queen and full sleeper sofas. Open floor plan all hickory hardwood floors, gas burning fireplace, gourmet kitchen. It's a new house built only (only 6 years old) in 1930's retro style. So, all the modern conveniences with the older styling. The full house As needed by our guests Rocheport is a beautiful charming little river town. With cute shops & of course the Katy Trail, just a couple of blocks away, great for walking and biking. Also, the city park is just down the street, A great place to let the kids blow off some steam. There is no public transportation in Rocheport Be sure to check out the porch swing, our large screened in porch and double car garage. Also, our gas grill for that wonderful outdoor cooking!
