Romantic Cottage, hier kom je even tot rust!

Een gezellig en compleet ingerichte cottage;grotendeels met hout afgewerkt. Gelegen op zo'n 500 m van het centrum. In mei 2021 uitgebouwd (+8m2), waar een heerlijk lichte woon/eetkamer met kachel is ingericht. Zowel in de winter als in de zomer, is het heerlijk vertoeven in deze cottage, waar u tijdens uw verblijf van alle faciliteiten gebruik kunt maken. Ulft is een leuke uitvalsbasis voor het ondernemen van diverse sportieve, culturele en/of culinaire activiteiten! The cottage is approximately 32m2. It is fully furnished and has a terrace with seating area and a private entrance. The kitchen is fully equipped with 4 gas burners, kettle, coffee machine (filter coffee, number 4), blender, microwave/grill, sufficient crockery and cutlery, a dishwasher and washing machine. The living/dining room has a German/Austrian seating area with a stove. The living/bedroom has a sofa, coffee table with 4 stools, and a 4-person bunk bed. The bathroom is equipped with toilet, sink and walk-in shower. Small but nice! Next to the bed is a small window which can be opened. The beds are made on arrival and there are plenty of towels. From Ulft various cities, museums and nature reserves can be visited, but the area is also ideal for walking and cycling tours. That means: being surprised after every turn by a beautiful panoramic view or a characteristic wood wall. You go from forest to meadows and from picturesque villages to historic towns. Nowhere else is the variety in landscape as great as here. As a cyclist you will be really pampered in the Achterhoek. In this way the region is connected to the international network of cycling junctions. Do you like walking more? Then you can make use of a network of nodes. Thanks to the clear signs you can easily create your own route. The distance is up to you! Hiking: In the Achterhoek you have never walked out. A network of no less than 3,000 kilometres awaits you! And those are also very varied kilometres. Walk along winding roads and be surprised by what hides behind the next bend. Turn off to a centuries-old church path between the meadows. The cows come to the wire netting to study you curiously. Continue your way through the forest and smell the delicious smells. In the distance, you can hear the sound of gently murmuring water. A charming town with beautiful old buildings and hospitable restaurants is never far away. Wherever you prefer to hike, in the Achterhoek you compose your ideal route with the hiking selection points. And so on ;) The city centre of Ulft is just a 5 minute walk away. Public transport (3 busstops) are nearby. The different bus lines will bring you to other places in and around Ulft. (Stop DRU Industriepark 270m, Stop Thorbeckestraat 400m, Stop Debbeshoek 600m). The nearest trainstation is at Doetinchem (11 km). You can travel to my home by bus or taxicab. - smoking inside strictly forbidden.. - usage or dealing drugs strictly forbidden. (in case of doubt, Airbnb and police will be notified).. - Make allowance for my neighbours. Avoid loud noises and respect a time of rest between 22:00 and 07:00 hours. - Paper (blue), plastic (orange), GFT (green) and other garbage (grey) must be collected separately.. - Breakfast not included. It is a tiny house ....just keep in mind. Maybe not so comfortable for really long persons.
