This spacious home features a large open floor plan that is the ideal meeting place for family and friends. This luxurious farmhouse can accommodate up to 6 people and 2 dogs. The 2700 sq foot farmhouse sits on 10 acres of sprawling fields of grass with several varieties of fruit trees and flowers that will enchant you on your wine country vacation. Also featured is a photo-ready, historic barn that is original to the property.  Once you're ready to venture out into the Willamette Valley you'll find that this house is ideally located to be able to visit three of the major wine destinations; McMinnville, Carlton, and Dundee. McMinnville is the largest city in Yamhill county and features an award-winning Main Street, unique annual events, two local breweries, and several wine tasting rooms. Where the charming, more quaint towns of Carlton and Dundee are still bursting with tasting rooms and amazing eateries!  Family items (baby gate, high chair, pack 'n play), yoga mats, air mattresses, and outdoor games (bocce ball, croquet) are available to rent upon request. We do highly recommend traveling with a vehicle while in the valley, however, Lyft is now operating in this area and we also operate a transportation service - PinotCar - and are able to help with airport, wine tour and dinner transportation for your visit!
