We are surrounded by the Allegheny National Forest and the Allegheny River, where there are endless outdoor adventures. Just to name a few... hiking, kayaking, floating the river, fishing. COLLINWOOD is Clean & Bright with that beach vacation feel. You can relax on the shared huge "cracker barrel" style porch and enjoy the river views. Newly renovated in 2021. We have a fully equipped kitchen and A/C to keep you cool during the summer months. Enjoy summer nights by the fire. Don't forget to look up at the stars at night... you will be amazed at what you see! This is the perfect place to connect with nature and leave feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. If you're looking to launch your kayak or canoe, the public river access is less than a minutes walk. No Smoking inside. No Parties Each Suite has its own private entrance. Guest have full access to yard, fire pits, grills, patio, deck, parking and river access. *****No, third party bookings allowed! The person who made the booking is to be the person staying at the property. Any third party bookings will be asked to leave and the third party will be responsible for the guest refund. No refunds are provided for weather, travel interruptions, injury or illness. There may be times you will hear siren alerts, this is the local volunteer fire department for EMS/Fire calls. You will have self check-in. A door code will be provided to you before you arrive. I will be available anytime during your stay via phone, text or email Enjoy sightseeing the Tidioute Overlook, Kinzua Damn and beach, Rimrock Overlook & hiking trail, Cooks Forest and so much more. Take a ride downtown and see historical homes and buildings. There are a handful of pubs/restaurant less than a mile away and many more within 5-7 miles away.. You will need to bring bedding and bath towels There is a firepit, wood for sale near by There are charcoal grills and propane, you will need to bring the charcoal or propane (propane you can buy the 1lb bottles)
