My West Little Corner Apt. 5 has air-conditioning in all three bedrooms to have a pleasant night. Wifi/Roku TV/local channels/Disney Plus/Netflix available. We are approximately 3 minutes from the main road that will take you to enjoy each of your adventures. Our space has parking for one vehicle or two medium vehicles for free. If you need additional space, we have an additional lot for a minimum cost of $ 10 truck or heavy vehicle stay/per week or $5 per car /per week/per stay. We are a typical Puerto Rican community. In our environment, you will find roosters, chickens, dogs, cats and other typical animals of a country community although we are in the same city of Mayaguez. These animals are not ours, but they are in the community. In My West Little Corner Apt. you will experience our community life. If you don't have the experience by hearing our Coquis at night and rooster in the morning you are not having a real experience. Any violation of these rules will result in a penalty of $ (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) Our facilities are connected and depend exclusively on the public service for the utilities of the Electric Power Authority and the Aqueduct and Sewer Authority of Puerto Rico. Our WiFi is a service offered by Liberty PR, its connection depends on Liberty's availability. Reservations are formalized in the recognition and understanding of this condition by the guest, so the interruption of these utilities will not limit or lead to the termination of the reservation or any type of refund. We have an electric plant and it will be delivered upon request. The visitor will be responsible for the proper functioning of the equipment and it will be their responsibility if the equipment is damaged. We also have a water tank to serve clean water during the lack of it. Apartment 5 is the one located on the second floor on the left side of the building. To reach it, you must go up and down a staircase of approximately 23 steps. In it, we have a solar lamp that will allow you to have motion light that can enter the apartment. We are located in a typical Puerto Rican community, which is an area of family and working people. In the building, we have long-term tenants and two apartments on Airbnb. That is why we maintain a suitable environment for rest at home. No jumping, No run, Do Not drag furniture and Keep the noise reasonably. In order for you to move freely, you need a car. In Mayaguez, we have Uber and Taxi service if you prefer. Spacious lighted decorated and close to everywhere are definitely main features that make our apartment one of a kind. Our space has enough space to accommodate 8 people without feeling tight. These elements and because we offer an economical rate, we are special in Mayaguez. Our space has been prepared for a 5 Star enjoyment at an extremely low price, so that the rules of the house are important to follow, mainly in the number of guests in the apartment. The rooms of the apartment are prepared according to registered guests. The unused room is kept locked. Our prices included up to 5 guests, an additional fee may apply for 6 up to 8 guests per night. Despite this, our prices are low. It also includes sheets, covers, friezes, and pillows. The kitchen includes a sink, stove, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, blender, paper towel, dishes, cutlery, kitchen utensils, glasses and cups, cleaning products, pots and table, salt, adobo, olive oil, vegetal oil. The bathroom has a hot water shower, towels, toilet paper, hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner, hand lotion, first aid kit and soap. Also, for your enjoyment, we include a smart TV with Roku. A board and iron, air conditioning, smoke detector, closet, cleaning items such as broom, dustpan, bucket, mop, dish detergent and recently we include a washing machine are also available. The parking is private and is arranged in front of our facilities. We have available one parking per apartment that accommodate one car. If additional parking it's needed, we can arrange additional space for a minimum cost of $10.00 per stay/per week for heavy vehicles and $5 per car/per stay/per week for each family car. Sorry, no pets allow due apartment located in a second floor. All responsibility for the physical and public integrity of the use of the apartment will be at the expense of the guest who reserves.
