Oca Maloca is Gold Seal Certified and is 5 minutes from Nanny Cay Marina, with a view of many islands. Roomy 450 sq.ft. 1-bed apartment - well appointed, fully equipped kitchen. Central location - 5 minutes drive to Nanny Cay, restaurants, bars, beach, marina and shops - 10 minutes to Road Town shopping and more restaurants. Brewer's Bay less than 10 minutes drive. Cane Garden Bay about 10 minutes drive. Ample private parking. The large pergola and deck provide an alternative dining experience under the stars (weather permitting) . The sound of crickets and tree frogs makes for a pleasant sonic backdrop to an otherwise quiet neighbourhood. The driveway leads to the parking area by the large pergola, deck and private entrance to the apartment. The steps at rear of the apartment lead upstairs to our house so please respect our privacy. We are a family of 3 and live upstairs. We welcome the chance to meet our guests and are always available to help when needed. We are located in a residential area called Oleander Estate, more formally called Tredfall, which is 10 minutes from Road Town. It is a quiet residential area and home to about 15 families perched around the valley sides. It is less than 5-minute drive to Nanny Cay Marina, where you can find restaurants, a grocery store, cafes and different shops. The only "public" transportation available are taxis. 4-wheel-drive or all-wheel-drive vehicles are highly recommended to get around the island as the roads can be slippery when wet. Private parking is available outside the front door of the apartment. The roads on Tortola are quite rough. Even if the roads were good, we always recommend a 4WD or AWD vehicle because the roads can get slippery in the wet. Yes, it does rain in paradise. Please also note, there are no street signs outside Road Town and directions are difficult to give, so we usually arrange to meet at the easy to find Captain Mulligan's Bar in Nanny Cay Marina whereupon you can follow us up the hill to Oca Maloca.
