This boutique studio apartment is beautifully furnished with a grand antique French carved bed and armoire, painted Liberty table, Victorian sofa & chaise longue, Venetian wall mirror and more. Balcony with Caribbean sea views. Hillside House & Apartments was completed in December 2016 and provides truly unique accomodation in Dominica. It is a three storey building with the two apartments on the ground floor and main house with pool above. Large open plan living area, balcony with Caribbean sea views. All rooms have insect screens to prevent mosquitos and we also provide mosquito nets over the beds for extra protection. Due to the hillside location we benefit from a nice breeze so air conditioning is not necessary but fans are provided. There is a pool deck on the middle floor with seating area and WIFI. This is for the use of all residents. A washing machine is also available . When we are here we like to be of assistance to our guests. When we are away we will have a caretaker. We are happy to answer any questions you might have. Close to friendly Mero village & beach, widely considered to be Dominica's best beach. Conveniently located on the West Coast. 4 x 4 recommended - private driveway with parking. Bus stop at bottom of access road. 10 minute stroll to village and beach with shops and restaurants.
