Full bathroom with a full tub/shower. Extra room for storage if you have golf clubs or bicycles you'd like inside. Large private laundry room with free laundry. Come and enjoy this property. Morning coffee on the deck, afternoons in the hammocks, or a bonfire by the water. Your choice. River is great for paddlers. Canoes and kayaks can be seen floating by on any given day. Current is weak so boaters can put in and come out at same spot, no need to drive and leave a ride down river. You can access the water from our property!
