Professional cleaning with approved cleaning supplies before your stay. Brand new (May 2019): all mattress, refrigerator, stove, washer, screens, water heater (Nov 2021), microwave, toaster, cooking pots & wall a/c unit. (April 2021): 2 full beds, fresh paint inside the apartment and outside the building. Remodeled (2018): Brand new kitchen, laundry , bathroom, fresh paint & polished floors. A/C wall unit ONLY at master bedroom, tower and wall fan in the rest of the bedrooms. Cross ventilation, corner apartment and balcony. Basic cable TV & Netflix included Coffee maker Minut noise detector on property - you can receive text message from the app if the noise is above 72 db Wifi: 400 mb (April 2021) Late checkout or early checkin = this is an apartment complex and you can hear the eco on the stairs. We had some complaints about noises. We want our community happy, for this reason if you want to do a late checkin (after 8pm) you will need to leave your luggage in the car until the next morning. If you need a early checkout (before 7am) please leave your luggage on your car the day before. Security Camera - Is only 1 at front door. Ring door bell security camera covers stairs and exterior door. View screen included on pictures. System is monitored by Ring, owner reserve the right to remotely log in and view cameras 24-7-365 in case of a noise or neighbor complaint. Covid update: February 2022 Domestic flights - you need a negative test 24 hrs before or after arrived if you aren't fully vaccinated International flights - you need a negative test 24 hrs prior arrive. Restaurant- covid negative test or vaccine card requiered You will get access to the whole apartment, including the laundry. Yes! you can use the washer, just bring your laundry detergent. This is a peaceful and working class apartment complex of 6 clusters and 4 floors per cluster, my cluster has only 8 apartments. This complex is at the top of the hill in the middle of a neighborhood, it's a safe place surrounding by Gurabo and San Lorenzo mountains and Caguas valley view. In the neighborhood you will find a pharmacy, fresh fruits and vegetable stand, Hot Dog stand, hardware store, bakery, pizzeria, sculptures & other restaurants. This is not a luxury complex, is a safe and humble working class complex. In Puerto Rico the public transportation is poor, we recommend you rent a car. If you want to go to the east, south or west of Puerto Rico the best time from the apartment is the morning. If you want to go to San Juan the best time is after 10am and for return before 4pm or after 7pm. This is a humble apartment complex in the middle of Villas de Castro neighborhood at the top of the hill. This complex still recovering from Hurricane Maria and finally the complex started to paint on December 2020. We update the pictures several times during the year, so you will find exactly what you see in the pictures. We offer an affordable, secure and like a home place. About Covid-19: we are certified and use a special Fogger Machine for disinfect the apartment before any guest arrives.
