The villa boasts an incredible ocean view and is just steps from a secluded community pool. The property has a total of 3 onsite pools and private beach access. There is also an on-site world class restaurant who's executive Chef is from the local Four Seaons resort. Concierge services are available including in villa dinning. The community property office can arrange tours and transportation directly from the phone in your villa. We also have a good friend that we can recommend who is one of the top tour operators in the area who also provides airport transfers. If you don't feel like dealing with the hassle of driving let our friend take care of all of your transportation needs. Your villa is located in a tranquil and serene location but just a five minute drive from the shopping, groceries, fine dining, night life, and lively activity of nearby Playa del Coco. You get the best of both worlds, serenity and calm with the proximity and convenience of the upbeat vibe of nearby communities. Come and enjoy pura vida and become and honorary Tico! You are steps from an infinity swimming pool and a 5 minute walk to our stunning private beach and world class restaurant. A rental car isn't essential but may give you more flexibility depending on how adventurous you are. We can help with your rental car booking if you wish. If you don't want to deal with the hassle of driving we can help arrange airport transfers and local excursions with our good friend who operates one of top tourism companies in the area. Taxi's are also relatively cheap for rides into Coco to restaurants, shopping, and grocery stores.
