Charming Villa with Lakeview

Our summer cottage is located in Buckow / Brandenburg about 1 hour from Berlin by car. It was built in 1904 by a shoe manufacturer, has a small garden with a large sunny patio and the balcony overlooks the Schermützelsee. The house is over 100 years old and renovated with lots of love and charm and renovated. There are 3 bedrooms (1 double room and a children's room for max. 2 children upstairs, 1 double room in the basement) and 2 bathrooms each with toilet and bath. Fireplace, garden with table tennis and large, sunny veranda. The whole house (living space about 140 square meters), including a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, and the garden (approx 600sqm) is at guests' exclusive use. We are here for our guests at all times, but not in the house. - Beautiful walks or bike rides around the lake and in the nature park. - The Bertolt Brecht Summer House Museum is a 3 minutes walk. - There is a movie theater, several delicious restaurants, supermarket, organic market and a public beach with rowing boats for hire within walking distance. By car about 1 hour from Berlin. S-Bahn or regional train to Strausberg or Müncheberg. From Müncheberg by bus or taxi about 10 minutes. Taxi from Müncheberg costs about 15 €. The house is in the nature reserve Märkische Schweiz, surrounded by forest, nature and four lakes. Note for allergy sufferers: Dogs are allowed in the house, so there may be problems for allergy sufferers.
