95 sq.m, 1985 beautiful bungalow/cottage like house, located at 150 km from Athens, close to many archaeological & natural beauty sites. Big garden by the sea, Patio, roof terrace to sit and enjoy the sea view & the wonderful sunset. Nicely equipped for families & friends The house is composed of 2 small buildings , both together 95 sq.m One storey bungalow/building : -1 bedroom (green wall) with a double bed and air conditioning -1 bedroom (all walls light green) with one single bed and another single bed you lift out. In there a small flat tv/dvd is available - 1 bathroom with bathtub. - Roof deck Two storey building : Ground floor : - open plan fully equipped kitchen (fridge, stove, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker (american & espresso) - dishes/cutlery and everything you need to cook. - Living room with air condiτioning , flat TV and dvd player and internet, washing machine for clothes. Single bed size builded sofa. - wc 1st floor : - 1 bedroom (gray wall) with double bed, flat tv, air conditioning - 1 complete bathroom with shower. Between the 2 houses there is a patio with a big wooden dinning table. (10 people) + a smaller table to sit more people if needed. Music player inside and outside. Long chairs and outdoor shower available. Guest have access to the entire house except the storage. There will be no interaction , but I will be happy to show you the village if you like upon arrival, and I will be available , to help you and answer all your questions if you need to call me on the phone. In case of a malfunction in the house , I will arrange for someone to come and fix it. At 10 ' walk there is a small basket ball field. 2' by foot there is a small facility with swimming pool cafe food long chairs etc. Very nice for kids and parents. Akrata village is at 2-3 klm . There you have organised beach with cafes restaurants etc.They serve on the beach. There are very nice day trips you can do to visit Pelolonissos. In the village you find everything you might need. Supermarket , shops, 2 cinemas (July & August), small restaurants, DVD club, bakery shops and a medical center. Akrata is connected with Athens, Patras and other small cities by bus and train. Because the house is not in the village, I would suggest to have a car to go around. Parking, available everywhere , and it is free. The sea in front of the house is very clean but not very smooth and there are sea urchins. We clean a path and you can swim but you need to be careful and wear shoes to be comfortable. At 3-5 min there are beautiful beaches (photos) There is a big beach with half sand at 3 ' by car. And beautiful beach with pebbles at 3' by foot or car.
