‘Serenity' Creekside Cabin (Ripples on the Creek)
Indulge in superb country hospitality at Ripples on the Creek, an idyllic retreat where you can simply relax, breathe in the fresh air, and savour the sights and sounds of nature’s ambience. Set at the foothills of the Border Ranges National Park, Ripples on the Creek is just 2 hours south of Brisbane, and 20 minutes north of the local township of Kyogle. A two night minimum for the weekends, 1 night booking will be canceled. We like to give your own space and allow you to enjoy your stay, however we may drop in just to say 'hello' and check that you are going ok. We live on the property however we aren't always home. Please call or text the mobile number provided if you need to contact us. We are also home to other wildlife including platypus, wallabies and a range of birdlife. You can enjoy these animals and the wide variety of flora when you take a walk along the creek. We are located in a farming community, so there are cattle grazing in the surrounding paddocks on our property, neighbouring farmers working on their properties etc. From time to time, there may be the sound of a tractor or other machinery, burning off, mustering of cattle etc. On our property we try to restrict this to when we don't have guests staying. Sometimes this is not always possible. When exploring the property, please be mindful of the cattle, electric fences etc and exercise caution to avoid any problems. We hope that you enjoy experiencing life on a working cattle property. Public transport is limited in this area. Kyogle, our closest township, is a short 20 minute drive, south of us
