The Apartement named "Luca" is surrounded by nature and many hiking and biking trails, making it the perfect starting point to discover the beautiful and romantic Eifel with its many touristic attractions. There is room for 4 people and a baby, the baby cot can be placed in the master bedroom. On request we have a baby cot for you at no cost. Further it has a fully equipped new kitchen with dishwasher, large dining table and living room with satellite TV (also (Hidden by Airbnb) Chrome Cast), wifi is available. Through the master bedroom you enter the roof terrace of 20m2, where you have a beautiful view. On the roof terrace there is a garden table with 4 chairs and a wood/charcoal barbecue. From the roof terrace you can reach the garden via 7 steps, the garden is completely fenced and is only for your use. The garden consists of 2 parts, in the higher part there is a second set of garden furniture. The children can enjoy themselves in the lower part, where they have a playhouse, a trampoline and a sandpit at their disposal. There is also a tree house, a swing and a football field. The last 3 things can also be used by the children staying in the flat Dani. Bed linen, towels, heating, electricity etc. are all included in the price. The house is pet and smoking free. You can reach us anytime by phone or email De omgeving wordt voornamelijk bezocht door: *Gezinnen met kinderen, er zijn veel voorzieningen voor kinderen in de omgeving. *Wandelaars vanwege het uitgestrekte wandelnetwerk, de Eifelsteig: route Gerolstein-Daun ligt op 1.5 km van de woning. Uiteraard zijn er nog heel veel vastgestelde wandelroutes in de omgeving. *Fietsers; gezien de goede wegen en de mooie omgeving. Fietskaarten (of gps) zijn wel een must. *Motorrijders; de omgeving leent zich natuurlijk uitstekend om te genieten op 2 wielen (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) bochten liggen op u te wachten :) *Hengelaars, de in Gerolstein gelegen rivier de Kyll staat bekend om het (vlieg) vissen. U dient wel een tijdelijke vergunning te kopen bij de lokale VVV. *Toeristische plaatsen zoals Bitburg, Trier, Koblenz en de Moezel liggen op bereikbare autoafstand. *Autoliefhebbers kunnen een bezoek brengen aan de bekende Nurburgring. * Gezinnen kunnen leuke uitstapjes maken naar onder het Wolf & Adlerpark in Gerolstein, Wildpark Daun of gaan zwemmen bij een van de vulkaanmeren. Het is aan te raden om een auto te hebben, echter is in Gerolstein een treinstation waar men de bus naar Gees kan nemen. Ook kunt u met de trein makkelijk naar Trier. Our holiday home consists of 2 flats. The upstairs appartment "Dani" renovated in (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) , and Luca on the ground floor, renovated in (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) , both with own entrance, garage and garden, the apartments are completely separated from eachother.
