Luxurious contemporary residence built on the mountainside on one of the most majestic sites in the town of Ayers' Cliff, in the Eastern Townships! Thanks to its architecture favoring volumes and views above all, you will have access to a magnificent house where almost all the rooms have a view of the lake. This is a perfect place for lovers of modern architecture, comfort, nature, space, birdsong and peace. The house is filled with light! The ground floor has a huge open area with all the large bay windows giving access to the view. It includes a kitchen + a long island, a dining room and a living room with a television and a fireplace. Next to the living room is an office space ideal for teleworking. On the other side, you will find the glazed covered and furnished terrace, perfect for summer evenings. The section reserved for masters is upstairs. It has a bedroom with a view and a large bathroom. Going down to the garden level, you will see the family room and its own terrace, three other bedrooms and a full bathroom. Outside there are two stone terraces, one of which is very large with a fire pit. You will also have access to the staircase leading directly to the dock and the lake. Other things to note : This prestigious house is ideal for receiving family and friends in peace, in the luxury and comfort that only prestigious houses can offer. Please note that given the slopes of the land, the stone stairs as well as the access to the lake by the stairs whose descent and ascent can be difficult for the little ones, this place is not recommended for children of preschool age. We suggest that you take a good look at the photos of the land before booking. It also provides access to other trails in Vermont. 2- Foresta Lumina, in Coaticook A nightly illuminated trail that is improved annually. Skiing, hiking, mountain biking, golf, visit all the courses at your disposal! 4- LE MARAIS DE LA RIVIÈRE AUX CERISES Within a 1.5 kilometer stretch of wooded land, marshes, swamps and bogs intertwine to create an impressive biodiversity. Hundreds of birds, mammals and amphibians find food and a natural habitat in the marsh throughout the year. Several trails are available for walking. You will also be 16.2 kilometers from North Hatley, 17.2 kilometers from Magog and its stores and restaurants. The Eastern Townships is a fabulous region for agrotourism. You will discover vineyards and cider factories, dairies, cheese factories, organic farms and more. Take the Wine Route, visit Bleu Lavande or the Abbey of Saint-Benoît-du-Lac!
