A stunning two bed holiday home overlooking the River Severn Estuary… The Retreat is just outside the historic market town of Chepstow, a great base for a family holiday or a get together with friends. Interiors are stylish with bifold doors onto the furnished terrace, perfect for relaxing. The Retreat comes complete with its own hot tub and a shared games room - what more could you want!    Chepstow is known as the “entrance to Wales” and is at the start of a walking route which follows the entire coastline. It’s also has recognition as a Walkers are Welcome accredited town, with an annual Walking Festival in March. With museums, castles, National Diving & Activity Centre and the famous Chepstow Racecourse on the doorstep, there’s something for everyone.    Size: sleeps 4 in 2 bedrooms Beds: 1 x double bed, 1 x twin beds   Accommodation Ground floor Open-plan living room, kitchen/diner: range cooker with double oven, undercounter fridge and freezer, washing machine, microwave. Dining table and 6 chairs. Wall-mounted Smart 49 inch TV, sofa (converts to double sofa-bed), two tub-chairs. Bi-fold doors onto terrace and garden. Master bedroom: double bed, 43 inch wall-mounted Smart TV, wardrobe and bedside cabinets. Ensuite: shower cubicle with power shower, WC, wash hand basin. Bedroom 2: twin beds, (one is an accessible bed with remote controls to set the angle of the bed). Chest of drawers and bedside cabinets. Shower room: fully-tiled wet room with power shower, WC,wash hand basin.   Entertainment: Smart 49 inch TV. The shared games room has a pool table, darts and a wall-mounted TV. Hot tub. For families: craft hut for children. Outside: patio area with rattan furniture. Shared area with various types of seating and loungers. Hot tub. Parking: available. General: changeover day - Friday. Bed linen and towels provided. WiFi. Off-road parking. Hot tub.  Pets: sorry, no pets. Accidental Damage Deposit: you may need to pay an Accidental Damage Deposit or Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver for this property. Where applicable we will contact you in good time before your holiday with further details and to take payment. Notes: no smoking. Larger groups can book the adjoining cottage, The Outlook which also has its own hot tub. Refundable Security Deposit of £50 per adult and the charge for the hot tub should be paid to the owner of the cottage on arrival. It should be paid in cash or via bank transfer prior to your arrival. Extra supplement of £30.00 per short break and £50.00 per full week for the hire of the hot tub.
