Rincon Botanico is one of five studios set within the Tiagua81 farmhouse Situated in Tiagua village in the centre of the island, you are away from the resorts but only 10 minutes from Famara beach, Historic Teguise and capital city Arrecife Ideal for those who appreciate the rural side of the Island, Tiagua is the old trade capital of Lanzarote where many properties were farmhouses, shops, markets or traders posts Recently refurbished this studio sits on the road side of this stunning building Sat within a 200 year old trading house, Rincon Botanico has been recently renovated for holiday lets Guests have exclusive use of the apartment space, kitchen area, bathroom, bedroom and lounge plus shared use of the communal areas like the patio, garden and swimming pool The pool, gardens and central covered patio are all communal areas Generally you wont see much of us as we are busy running our two restaurants Cantina Teguise & Tabla Arrecife Tiagua was for many years the trading post for the islands farmers. It is now a mainly residential area and has a great local supermarket and a fantastic restaurant 'El Tenique' just in front of the property. Its a great base for cyclists, runners and hikers as its set in an area with many surrounding trails We always recommend our guests hire a car for their stay as the island is really best explored this way. There is a limited bus service available to the village. The timetable is forever changing so you would need to search for 'guagua lanzarote' to find out more
