The penthouse has been finished in high quality standard and makes it an ideal home away from home. On entrance, one can find the spacious kitchen/living area. The Italian kitchen comes fully equipped for all cooking commodities including a dishwasher as well. The dining table could easily sit 8 people comfortably as it comes with an extendible edge that makes it ideal for a group dinner. Nonetheless, the sitting area is adorned with a comfortable leather sofa and a good sized LED tv. Wifi and Tv come on complimentary basis. Moreover, the living area is spelt with natural light as it pours into a spacious terrace which is ideal for outdoor fresco nights with a good glass of wine and a cook out with the gas bbq. To top all up one cannot miss the magnificent city views that take your breath as you sit back and relax your stay here in Malta. Additionally to all this comfort, the penthouse has 2 bedrooms, one with 2 twin beds and the other double bed adjoining to it with an en-suite bathroom with shower cubicle. Both bedrooms have an inter connected back balcony ideal for drying out one's clothes. Moreover, the penthouse has a box room fitted with washing machine and yet another family bathroom with a bath tub. The penthouse comes equipped with air condition in both bedrooms and living area. The penthouse is located a few minutes off the Naxxar centre, 5 minutes off around the corner you will be in the village core full of shops for any amenity. Access to all the area of the property. The whole property will be rented, the property is private and not shared with any other tenants. Naxxar is one of those villages where village-life has survived and the order of the day. Any time you visit you are bound to see a few old men sharing a bench outside the Band Club watching the world go by and the vegetable seller with his truck parked in a corner of the square shouting greetings at passers-by while waiting for custom. Evidence of traditional village life is also the large number of religious, political, sports, youth and residents’ clubs. Most have premises in the area around the square and continue to be daily meeting places for their members or locals looking for some social company, sometimes late into the evening. If you are around the village at lunch time, why not join the workmen for Hobz biz-Zejt (Maltese tuna roll) and a cup of tea in a glass in the small bar opposite the Church for a true village experience? Or, if you prefer, several contemporary establishments around the square offer a place to sit on the pavement for enjoying a cappuccino and a bite. Visit one of the wine bars in the area for a special lunch or evening in a converted house of character that offers you a glimpse to the interior of a typical Naxxar house. Naxxar’s streets are narrow and winding and a pleasure to walk through. St Lucy Street, which used to be the main road of the village before cars became the order of the day, is a typical example and lies right opposite the Church. In fact, the oddity of the grand Naxxar Parish Church is that it now appears to stand at an angle to the present main road. There is plenty to visit around Naxxar: several public gardens, Palazzo Parisio, the main parish and several chapels, old fortifications, archeological remains, and also shops of all kinds. A Bus Stop is close by, only a few meters away from the apartment. No car is necessary, the apartment is walking distance to any amenity. For those of you opting to rent a car, parking is free for public use along the street and the nieghbouring ones. Due to cleaning necessities the check-in time for the apartments is generally 2.00pm and the check-out is at 10.00am however if there are no arrivals on the same day the apartment can be kept for longer. Please not that for the weekly price the property includes basic utilities as per below: - 100KWh- for 1 bedroom apartment - 150KWh- for 2 bedroom apartment - 200KWh- for 3 bedroom/ 4-bedroom apartment - 300KWh- for villas We give the above kWh free per week with the apartment which is more than sufficient . However if the inclusive amount of KWh will be exceed, an extra charge will apply at a rate of 0. 35c per KWh. Other than that there are no other hidden expenses or charges. Also please note that when the monthly rate is selected, the price is NOT inclusive of any utilities. Those would be paid for as much as one consumes. Water is charged at a flat rate of 1.10c per day while electricity it is charged at 35c per kWh paid as much as consumed. The payment has to be settled on check in. Cleaning of the property prior the arrival and after departure is included in the price. Any extra cleaning during accommodation will incur extra charges. Two sets of towels per person and one set of linen per bed is also provided by us, then it is up to one's discrepancy to wash them as much often as desired. Apartment also available for long term booking of 6 months period maximum with a monthly rate, in such case utilities will not be included in the rate. Please do ask for quote should you be interested Please note that the rental price does not include the Environmental Contribution tax, introduced on June 2016 amounting to €0.50c per night up to a maximum of €5 for each continuous stay in the Maltese Islands. This applies for 18-year-old and older.
