It is located just 4 km from the center of town and accessible through the A3 Highway, in an area that allows many visits to places of interest nearby, like the archaeological sites of Pompei i (24 km), Herculaneum (39 km) and Paestum (60 Km to the South). In just 15 minutes you can also enjoy the beautiful views of the Amalfi Coast, Vietri sul Mare, Amalfi, Ravello, Positano, and Sorrento. The cottage's large outdoor area permits guests to spend pleasant days in total relaxation, surrounded by green and is only a short walk from the natural park OASI WWF. The house has a cozy and warm feeling preserving the traits typical of ancient farmhouses, despite being equipped with all the modern comforts. Guests have access to the living room with its old nineteenth-century kitchen with tiles, the modern comfortable kitchen, three bedrooms, bathrooms. There are two terraces and a 500 square meters' back garden equipped with barbecue, tables, chairs where you can spend hours relaxing in the shade of large cherry trees. There is a large play area for children to play soccer, volleyball etc. The area is very quiet, there is a relaxed and magical atmosphere. From the terrace there is a view of the area of Agro-Nocerino, you can see Mount Vesuvius and in the distance the island of Ischia. CAMPAIGN-SEA-ARCHAEOLOGY The nineteenth-century farmhouse in the countryside has a strategic location, close to the sea of the Amalfi Coast, near the archaeological ruins of Pompeii, Herculaneum and Paestum. A 5 minute drive takes you to the town of Cava dei Tirreni, which is characterized by a pleasant walk on the main avenue under arcades and offers a series of cultural activities, festivals and fairs. The vitality that characterizes Cava de 'Tirreni and the many activities that take place throughout the year help to make the area accessible and a tourist attraction in all seasons. The Abbey of the Holy Trinity with its religious festivals, the multimedia library Marte (place of study, research and exhibitions ), all the events and festivals organized by the local administration and by the Autonomous Tourist Board make it a destination for visitors of different taste and interest. A few miles away there are the archaeological sites of Pompeii, Herculaneum and Paestum. Always a few miles away there is the beautiful Vietri sul mare that in addition to the great beaches is a quaint small village with shops selling handmade pottery. THE COAST From Vietri sul Mare the Amalfi coast starts, the coastal road is famous for its charm and its beauty offering enchanting sea views and quaint small villages perched on the coast, characterized by white buildings creating a particular evocative atmosphere. Starting from Vietri first stop will be Cetara, then the beach in Erchie, a very picturesque town with only a few bars and restaurants. It continues to Maiori, and Minori to arrive in the small village of Atrani, with its square surrounded by typical Mediterranean buildings and the majolica's steeple church, here a drink sitting at the tables in the main square, the tasting of homemade ice cream and a walk on the beach are a must. Immediately after you will arrive in Ravello, a masterpiece of architecture and nature, here in the summertime in villa Rufolo and villa Cimbrone there is a very interesting season of concerts and theatrical performances in a natural setting unique in the world! Then there is Furore, the fjord known for the annual competition of the divers. In Furore there is a small beach and a very pleasant path along the rock; from here you can hire boats to take you to beaches accessible only by sea or to take you to day trips to Capri. Continuing following the coast you will run into Praiano and then Positano, unique in the world. A true "nativity scene," with a dense network of streets, alleys, and houses which make it the most romantic place in the world. There are artisans shops along the streets that climb the hill and near to the sea, delightful bars and restaurants. At this point you can go directly to Naples or proceed to the Sorrento coast, with Sorrento, Nerano, Massa Lubrense all magical places that are worth a visit. There are public transportation but the best way to visit the surrounding areas requires a car. There is plenty of free parking on the property. The price includes all utilities.
