Pretty and cozy private house of about 110 sq for 6 people, on two levels, located in the central area in Abano Terme, a few steps from the Cathedral of San Lorenzo, Piazza Mercato and the Urban Thermal Park, in a quiet and relaxing district. The accommodation is finely furnished and equipped with every comfort: WiFi, TV, independent heating, private garden, 2 bathrooms, free street parking. The real oasis of peace and relaxation just a few kilometers from Padua and Venice! The inside is organized as follows: - LIVING ROOM: with relax corner, queen sofa bed, Smart TV and a pellet stove (working). - KITCHEN: with the dining area, equipped with refrigerator, stove, traditional oven, dishwasher and kitchenware. - BEDROOM I: with queen bed and large wardrobe - BEDROOM II: with queen bed, wardrobe. - 2 BATHROOMS: one with a bathtube / shower, bidet and hairdryer and the other with a shower but no bidet. - GARDEN: large private garden with outdoor dining area and a swing. FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: WiFi, air conditioning (1 split in the sleeping area), fans, high chair, washing machine, iron and ironing board, drying rack, independent heating, free street parking. PLEASE PAY ATTENTION to the presence of internal stairs to reach the upper level of the apartment. PLEASE NOTE: the road to get to the accomodation is quite narrow, you have to do the maneuver to arrive and drive away. Possibility of renting a cot for a fee - 15 euros per stay, linen included. The city is divided into two centers: one historic (Abano Vecchia or Abano Centro) and the other purely tourist (Abano Nuova). The historic centeris developed around the Cathedral of San Lorenzo. The accomodation is located in the part of Abano Vecchia, very convenient to the center. Perfect area for spas and excursions to the Euganean Hills. Abano and Montegrotto Terme are Europe's oldest and most important spa and have been a tourist destination for more than 2000 years due to the hot thermal waters and healing mud with important therapeutic properties. These two adjacent cities are located in an area to be visited. Castles, Venetian villas, abbeys, medieval villages ... there are many ideas for spending pleasant hours immersed in history, surrounded by an unforgettable atmosphere! Main attractions: - Cathedral of San Lorenzo: 5 minutes on foot; - Viale delle Terme: 7 minutes on foot; - Market Square: 8 minutes on foot; - Amleto and Donato Sirtori International Mask Museum: 14 minutes on foot. - Bar Alibardi: 1 minute on foot; - La Posata Bianca (restaurant): 6 minutes on foot; - Interspar (supermarket) / Ca 'Grande Shopping Center: 12 minutes on foot. HOW TO REACH ABANO By car For those traveling on A4 Turin-Trieste motorway, the recommended exit is Padova Ovest, whether you are coming from Milan or from Venice; from here continue along Tangenziale Ovest (Corso Australia) until you reach the new link road for Abano, which, in a couple of minutes, leads to the large roundabout at the entrance to the spa. Those arriving from A13 motorway (Bologna-Padua) can exit at Terme Euganee exit, take SS Adriatica in the direction of Padua until reaching the junction of the new ring road that quickly leads to the spa. By train The nearest train station is Terme Euganee in Montegrotto. Otherwise, another equally convenient station is the station of Padua, on the Milan-Venice line, where all the trains stop. The buses of A, AT, M, T and TL lines leave every 15 minutes from the station square, heading to Abano (journey time 30 minutes). Both stations have a taxi service. By plane Even the plane can be the right choice to reach Abano. The nearest airport is Venice (60 Km) where the major national and international airlines make a stopover. Also the international airports of Treviso (70 Km) and Verona (80 Km) are close enough and easy to reach. IDs of all residents must be shown upon check-in, as required by Italian law. For all late check-ins from 21:00 to 01:00, we require an extra charge to be paid cash upon check-in as per the following: EUR 30 for arrivals between 21:00 and 23:00 EUR 50 between 23:00 and 01:00. It is not possible to check-in after 01:00. Upon arrival, you'll be asked to pay the city tax of EUR 1,50 per person per night, for the first 5 nights only, as requested by the Municipality of Abano Terme.
