Lodge "Chez ninette" in house to share

Our house lies in Chanos-Curson, a little village in Drôme. It's a renovated family home surrounded by orchard/garden. You dispose of the top floor to our house and a corridor( covered terrace). Access by the stairs. The courtyard and the garden are commons because we live here. The idea is to share!! The lodge is for 2 or 4 people. Very luminous with parquet floor and stone wall, this one is cosy. The lodge is confortable. It's composed a living-room with sofa bed for 2 people, an eating area and equippped kitchen (oven/induction plate/dishwasher) You will find all you have need to cook.(electric mixer/mixer/coffee maker/kettle/toaster/vacuum). There are also books and CD with stereo to listen music or radio. Games are at your disposition. The bedroom is nice with a double bed and storage. The bathroom dispose a bathtub with feet( vintage). The bath linen and home textile are provided as well as the shower gel/shampooing and a dryer hair. The toilet is separeted to bathroom. The washer is useable on request because it lies in our private space. Electric barbecue is at your disposition. You dispose to private corridor( covered terrace) with table, chairs, sofa, books... And you share with we, the yard and the orchard. Outside is not fenced. There are parking places along the road or you can park your car in the orchard. I'm ready to answer at your questions or requests. For me, it's important to share and to exchange!! It's a pleasure to receive and to advise to restaurants, discoveries of my region!! Here, it's a little village but we are near shops. We are at 7 minutes to highway( exit/ Tain l'Hermitage n°13). Our region is attractive by wine and fruits and chocolate "Valrhôna". It's a beautiful region with much wine estates( name: Crozes-Hermitage). Tain l'hermitage is at 10 min, Romans 20 min and Valence 25 min. Ardéche and Vercors are very closes. Much activities for you: restaurants/ ballads/patrimony/swimming pool/golf/trees climbing/ activities and visits for the children. Parking places free Car is indispensable!! The station is Tain l'hermitage ( TER) or Valence TGV. Bikes are welcome!! In our house, there are two cats consequently we don't accept other animals.
