External Description Large property consisting of 2 beautiful stone cottages located next to each other in the municipality of Rignano sull'Arno, on the outskirts of the Chianti area and only half an hour by car from Florence. Surrounded by a garden with lawn and flowers, the villa features a gazebo with wooden dining table and lounge area, ideal for relaxing while admiring the splendid views of the surrounding countryside. At guests' disposal also a lovely swimming pool (10 x 5 m), equipped with parasols, sunbeds and external shower. On the back of the cottages there is a large outdoor area with fairy-tale atmosphere, children's play area, tables and barbecue where the owners occasionally organize small events. This area can be used by the guests and, upon request, it is possible to organize lunches, buffets or dinners. Internal Description The two cottages consist of 4 apartments (two for each cottage) and can sleep up to 14 people for a total of 6 bedrooms (including 2 loft rooms) and 4 bathrooms (with shower). Each apartment is made up of 1 bedroom with double bed, an equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower and air conditioning. Moreover, in two apartments there are also 2 loft rooms (each with 3 single beds), while in the other two apartments there is a sofa bed (which can be used if necessary). Villa le Casine is located in the municipality of Rignano sull’Arno, on the outskirts of the Chianti area and just half an hour by car from Florence. In the village of Rignano (which is just 6 km from the villa), you will find all the necessary services: food shops, post office, bank/ATM, pharmacy, bars, restaurants, supermarket. The proximity to the Chianti Classico region - known worldwide for the prestigious wine – allows you to visit its charming villages such as Gaiole, Radda and Castellina.  Arezzo and Siena are also easily reachable by car. For shopping lovers, we suggest you visit the nearby outlet The Mall (8 km), where you will find the most important international fashion brands. Main distances: Rignano sull’Arno (6 km); Florence (24 km); Castellina in Chianti (55 km); Arezzo (60 km); Siena (85 km). Internet Wi-Fi available. Air conditioning has an extra cost.
