"La Torre Holiday Home" is a typical tuscany house, placed in the small village of Castelvecchio di Pescia, in the heart of the so called "Svizzera Pesciatina". The holiday home is characterized by a recent renovation that has been made maintaining the tradition to the first place and reaching at the same time a good level of services and comforts offered. The home has two levels, the first level characterized by a living room with sofas and nice fire place, connected to the kitchen where you can find all the necessary to prepare meals during your accommodation. The level is completed by the first bathroom with services and shower and another room for laundry service equipped with a washing machine. At the second level you find two separated rooms with doble bed. In each room a kid bed could be added if necessary. The second bathroom is at this level and it's characterized by the services, a shower and a bathtube too for your relaxing moments. The property is completed by an external area where you can find a small garden where you can stay in front of the sun during the day and relaxing yourself in the evening, better if in a company of a good glass of tuscan wine. In the external area there is also space for a barbecue and a table to have dinner in the outside during the summer period. The house is equipped with all the tools you need for your stay and if something more would be necessary it can be provided on request. In autumn and winter season, in case of cold weather, the house is equipped with an heating system composed of radiators in each room powered by the fireplace. The guest will find it already fired up at the moment of the arrival and we'll provide the wood necessary for the stay. The Medieval Village of Castelvecchio di Pescia is about 15 minutes distant from the main city of Pescia. it's a small village in the heart of the so called "Svizzera Pesciatina" where today live around 200 peoples, the nice place to spend a relaxing holiday far from the caos of big cities. You are completely surrounded by the Tuscan countryside but at the same time you're near to the city of Pescia, where you can find all the services you need for a long stay like shops, supermarkets, train station, highway, restaurants etc. Near the village there are a couple of small rivers that you can easily reach and where you can stay fresh during the summer days. If you're looking not only for a relaxing stay but for something more dynamic, from Pescia you can easily reach the cities of Firenze, by highway or by train, in less than 50 minutes or the closer Lucca in less than 30 minutes. The seaside can be reached by train or highway too in about one hour from Pescia. The country side is perfect bith for trekking and mountain bike tours. E-Bike rental is possible, better if you ask in advance for availability. For moving from Castelvecchio to Pescia the car is the best option to consider. During your stay in Castelvecchio you can use bicycles or mountain bikes all around the countryside where you'll find a lot of different roads both for beginner or more expert riders. There are also opportunities for horse riding, Mountain bike and E-bike rental on request. From Pescia like described you can move by train, bus, taxies etc...
