Newly refurbished ideally located cottage

Newly refurbished to high standard. All furnishings are new. The property is compliant with applicable gas safety certificate, electrical safety certificate and complete fire alarm system. Kitchen is fully equipped for four guests. Kitchen has a fridge separate freezer, oven and hob with washer dryer. The bathroom has under floor heating, freestanding tub and electric shower. An additional single bed can be put in bedroom 2 so total of five guests can stay at the property. Guests have complete use of the house There will always be an attendant on call. Guests will be given a contact details on arrival The area is quite and 5 minutes from local amenities and country walks Upon arrival the kitchen is freshly stocked with bread and milk (of your choice) jams, butter, tea, coffee and various cereals. Each room has fresh towels, linen, soaps, shampoo and a biscuit snack A new baby cot is available. We ask you advise us if you need this at the time of reservation. Cot mattress is provided but please bring your own sheets for baby. As well as two double beds in separate bedrooms a single bed can be provided to bedroom 2.
