Studio Gardino is located on the ground floor of Villa Floreal and is the ideal holiday home for 2 people. The flat is furnished in such a way that relaxing holidays are guaranteed and has a garden seating area in which even a four-legged holiday guest is in good hands. The bedroom with adjoining closet space offers a generous and extremely interesting ambience. A surprisingly furnished bathroom and, of course, a modern, well-equipped kitchen-living room round off the Studio. The original arrangement of the rooms and the beautiful ceiling with old arched elements give Studio Giardino a wonderful atmosphere. The rooms are all fitted with easy-care floors and are very skilfully furnished with classic modern furniture, resulting in a unique, stylish combination of Art Nouveau, Art Deco and Modernism. This combination is completed with a bathroom at the height of our time and a modern, very well equipped kitchen. The studio is a self-contained unit and has everything you need for a pleasant stay. You can usually reach me by mobile phone under zero zero four one, for Switzerland and then seven eight and further with seven six four, then four three and finally two four. Usually me and my partner are personally on site, as we live in the villa, and are available and happy to help with tips. Our Italian employee also helps with advice and action if desired. Villa Floreal is located in Cadegliano-Viconago on the Italian side of Lake Lugano, above Ponte-Tresa and about 2 km far from the Swiss border. The village is situated on a sunny terrace with beautiful, varied views of the lake. Within a short distance are the other northern Italian lakes, such as Lake Maggiore or Lake Como. Cadegliano has been known for generations for relaxing holidays. Tranquillity, Italianità and at the same time a great variety of leisure activities form the basis for beautiful and varied days. In the immediate vicinity you will find a wide range of leisure activities, be it swimming, water sports, hiking or other activities. Practically on the doorstep there are 3 UNESCO world heritage sites: - Sacro Monte di Varese - Parco Campo dei Fiori - Monte San Giorgio There are good shopping facilities in the immediate vicinity and the area also leaves nothing to be desired for culinary delights. The perfect location for your holidays on the upper Italian lakes! The railway station of Ponte Tresa is about 3 km away. There is a bus stop 200 m away with bus connections to Ponte Tresa or Varese.
