Spectacular house with modern design. Out of the standard home with open windows that allow clear views of the Ason valley. From every single point of the house is possible to admire the surrounding landscape, remarking its natural beauty. The living room/dining room is a double height open space wrapped by natural light and it´s designed around a central fireplace. You are welcome to have and unforgettable experience. In the lower level we find the following spaces: Hall, bathroom, full-equipped kitchen with round table, large lounge area (dining and living room) with big open-windows to contemplate the outstanding surroundings and with a central fireplace. The lounge has all the technological facilities (Wifi, Cable tv, Netflix). In the higher level is where are located the 4 different rooms. One main corridor gives access all of them: The main dormitory (22 m2) has double large beds and a bathroom which contains two sinks, toilet, bidet and a large shower plate. Among this, there are three spacious dormitories; the first one (17.25 m2) has two single beds; the second (17.25) a large -1.50 meters- bed and the third one (15 m2) also a 1,50 meters bed. All of them, have Wifi signal and Cable TV. Other facilities: All the rooms have terraces that can be used as solariums. In the exterior or the house there is a porch (35 m2) that have direct access to the kitchen and the dining room. It also communicates with the outdoor swimming pool through steps. Outdoors, there is a barbacue made out of brickwork that surely will be very useful in sunny days. Inside there is also a space dedicated to leisure (with Hi-fi equipment, cards, games, darts). The same space can be also used as gym (it has lifting bars, treadmill and several accessories). The house is organized as follows: Ground level: Big living room with chimney and dining room, kitchen, bath and big porch with sink and barbecue. The house complies the current regulations about protection against fire and tourism. Non-hotel touristic accommodation. 2 keys. I will be available for you during your stay, for any inquiry you may have. Sobremazas is a little exploited area where you can easily listen the songs of birds. The accommodation has precious views form the Ason valley (its only 40 minutes by car and so far my first recommendation if you like the mountain). The location is truly perfect: 3 minutes by car to Solares (health care center, supermarkets, pharmacy, banks, church, bars, etc.…), 2 minutes to the sport facilities (basket, soccer, badminton, padel, tennis, swimming pool …), 5 minutes to Liérganes (declared as patrimony of cultural interest), 15 minutes to Somo´s beach, 25 minutes to Santander, 50 minutes to Bilbao, Asturias or Burgos…..There are a large amount of routes to do (on feet, on horse, by bike,…). We strictly recommend hiking through the Ason range, for its unique beauty and closeness. Taking the house as a center point there are several hiking trails, which departure is very close (Pámanes, Peña Cabarga, Liérganes, La Cavada, Santa Marina...…) Sobremazas has a bus stop to reach to Solares (walking takes about 15 minutes). Departures from Solares: To Santander, to Bilbao, Torrelavega, Castro Urdiales, Santoña, Laredo, Sarón, Noja, Entrambasaguas, Hoznayo, a Éibar, Miranda de Ebro, Vitoria, a Cicero, Gijón. Adjacent to Solares´s bus station is the Train station. We recommend you to search in (Website hidden by Airbnb) to find out timetables and schedules. The house was designed by me, proportioning all the facilities that require a house of these dimensions. We expect you to take care of the house as your own, because that how we want you to feel…like in your own house.
