Apartment suitable for a maximum of 4 guests, 3 minutes walking from Agualva-Cacém railway station. The space has 2 bedrooms, 1 with a double bed and another with 2 single beds; the kitchen is opened to the living-room; there is a patio. Agualva-Cacém it's a considerable town, a surrounding of Lisbon, which it's development was in the 1960s and 1970s;however the town already existed in the past, having some old "chalets" from early XX century; nearby the apartment there are few facilities of a town center, as a supermarket, bakery, post office, coffee shop, grocery store, butchery, fishmonger, laundry, banks/cashmachines, every ones by 5 minutes walking. By taking the train in Agualva-Cacém train station (3 minutes walking from the apartment) Lisbon is easily reachable by a 25 minutes train ride to Rossio (city center), or Entre-campos station (20 minutes ride); Sintra town is by 15 minutes away by train; By using IC19 highway, Lisbon is reachable by a 16 minutes ride (if there is no traffic).
