It is very private here....you have access to a private woodland walk down to the river....we are organic, low impact and use permaculture principals wherever possible... .... il a tres privé ici ..... vous avez accès à une promenade en forêt privée à la rivière .... nous sommes organiques, à faible impact et l'utilisation permaculture principaux, chaque fois que possible ... .. 6 hectare of private land...woods, river, vegetable garden, outside dining area where you can take breakfast. I am somewhere around most of the time and serve you. breakfast The brenne really is a hidden gem...here in lagecoué it is incredibly peaceful and quiet....great place to leave the stress of city life behind and enjoy ' (Website hidden by Airbnb) light pollution, noise (except nature) ...chateau Guilliaume (birth place of Eleanor of Aquitane) 10 mins walk away, great cycling/walks along the chemins....plus lots of pretty villages close by for coffee and lunch, brocantes, fetes, concerts over the summer make it lively and being close to haute vienne and the Charente make it easy to access their attractions also.... There is no public transport here you need your own. Bikes can be hired at nearby belâbre I moved here five years ago to set up my studio and renovate this old farmhouse ....both are still works in progress 😀
