Traditional French farmhouse and barn set in 1.5 acres in a rural location. Offering 7 bedrooms, sleeping 14 persons. Located 6kms from the A20 motorway in central France. 3 Kms from St Benoit du Sault which has a supermarket, bars, restaurants and a weekly market. Eguzon and Chaillac are 15km which provide great locations for safe swimming and water activities . Pets are welcome. Two attached gites, the original farmhouse which is 3 bedrooms and the converted barn which is 4 bedrooms. This is ideal for larger groups, two fully equipped kitchens and two lounges. Minimum one week rental for July and August. See separate listings for individual bookings. The properties lie in 1.5 acres of land mainly to lawn which is great for children to play. There is a large covered double BBQ area which can be used all year round. Outdoor seating, easy chairs and hammocks are available for guests use. Ample car parking. There is a small selection of bicycles for your use to explore the beautiful countryside. Each lounge area and the majority of bedrooms have English Freesat television. A pool is available for the summer months for a €30 a week supplement paid locally. Minimum two night stay. Everywhere We may be staying in a separate house on the property during your stay. If you crave peace and relaxation this is the ideal location. Great for taking leisurely walks, cycling through traffic free tree lined country lanes. Due to no light pollution the clear sky evenings are a delight, the stars twinkling against the moonlit backdrop. The nearest golf course is Golf Club Val de l’Indre and is a 35 minute drive.
