This cosy, two-bedroom property, provides clean,comfortable accommodation at a budget price for families or a small groups of friends on holiday in the local area. Located in St Helens, close to the A580 it provides easy access to Liverpool, Warrington, Wigan and Wigan Bolton and can accommodate up to 4 guests. *Important Note: Max occupancy includes children and infants. GROUND FLOOR Living Room: Access is into the cosy, living room with a comfortable sofa, 2 armchairs, a 40” television, a nest of tables and a wireless WiFi router. Dining Room: A walk-through dining room with a circular glass table and 4 dining chairs. Kitchen: A fully-equipped, modern kitchen, complete with a washing machine, kettle, toaster, oven, cooker, microwave and fridge/freezer. There are a range of pots, pans, crockery and cutlery and just about anything else you might need to prepare a snack or a home cooked meal. Bathroom: There is a downstairs bathroom with an over the bath shower. STAIRS LEADING TO FIRST FLOOR Room 1: A spacious bedroom with 2 single beds, small wardrobe and bedside tables. Room 2: A smaller bedroom with two single beds, bedside table and lamp. There is a spacious backyard and some seating. Guests have exclusive use of the entire apartment. Every effort will be made to meet you at the property to provide access. In the event that this isn't possible, a key will be left in a key safe outside the property and a code will be texted to you on the day of your arrival.
