The central living room with its open kitchen and large cooking island is the perfect place to gather with friends and family. The living room has large glass doors which give you a good view onto the large enclosed garden, where your children can play safely. On the ground floor you will find 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and on the top floor another two bedrooms and a additional bathroom. Enough luxury and space for everyone. Each bedroom has high-quality single box-spring beds that can be put together, so you can arrange this rooms according to your wishes. During the modernization, the owners have also thought carefully about the environment and comfort. For example, the house has solar panels and underfloor heating controlled by a heat pump, which can cool in the summer and provides pleasant warmth in the winter. The house is located in a quiet street on the edge of Oosterhout. A small petting zoo lies opposite the house. This area, known as the sacred triangle, is ideal for cycling and walking. The three adjacent monastery complexes at its core are surrounded by gardens, estates and monumental farms, situated in a historical pattern of watercourses and hedgerows. The center of Oosterhout is characterized by a good range of shops and a wide variety of restaurants. For a daytrip city lovers will choose Breda or Antwerp, if you like nature, explore the Biesbosh or if you prefer action, go to the Efteling. All can be reached within less than half an hour's drive. Upon arrival, the beds are made. Reservations for groups of persons under 26 years of age are not permitted. Because of the peace and quiet and possible neighbours, noise nuisance is not allowed/prohibited in this holiday home. It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house. COVID-19 Conditions: If your government or the government of the country you are staying in imposes an entry ban or determines by law that you are not allowed to travel/stay during your booked holiday period, we will give you the option to rebook or cancel (= money back) free of charge.
