Lovely apartment in Marina di Cerveteri (Cerenova)

We rent an apartment in Marina di Cerveteri, furnished and bright. Max 3 beds (bedroom with double bed and sofa bed in the living room), living room with kitchenette and TV. Terrace for dining or sunbathing. From June 15th to September 15th the apartment has a swimming pool area. The seaside is 5 minutes away by car. Rome 40 minutes by car or train (the station is within walking distance). Excellent solution for those wishing to visit the capital, keeping out of the chaos of the metropolis. The apartment has a large living room with kitchenette, a bedroom and a bathroom with shower. Outside there is a lovely balcony where you can have lunch or dinner in peace and quiet away from prying eyes. Full access to the apartment and its dependencies (parking space and swimming pool, in the foreseen periods). We give space to my guests, but there are co-hosts available when they need. Beaches have equipped facilities, there are sailing schools and surf / kite surf schools during summer season. Large portions of free beach. The apartment is at few minutes by walk from pubs, supermarkets, pharmacies, various bars and ice cream shops. The town can be easily visited by bicycle, which can be rented in various places. Connected to Rome with Via Aurelia (road without payment, 40 minutes journey) or Rome-Civitavecchia motorway (for a fee). State Railways (FS) train to Rome Termini every 30 minutes. You can buy tickets in train station. A few kilometers away is the famous Etruscan necropolis of Banditaccia (Unesco heritage). With only a few minutes by car or train in a northerly direction, you will arrive at the Castle of S. Severa, a historical place where cultural events are often held (exhibitions, concerts, shows) A little further north, we find S. Marinella and even more on the city of Civitavecchia. Along the coast you can snorkel and dive.
