The old farmhouse consisting of two apartments (ground floor and first floor) is located in the heart of an organic farm that produces flour, artichokes, oil and wine and overlooks the vineyard. Each of the two apartments is about 250 square meters. (The rooms have the possibility of adding a single bed if required). On the GROUND FLOOR you will be welcomed by a hall of 60 square meters, the large kitchen and the n. 3 double bedrooms, all with private bathroom. On the FIRST FLOOR (SIBILLA apartment) consisting of n. 4 double bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a living room with fireplace and a comfortable kitchen overlooking the vineyard. Outside is the 200 square meter terrace, ideal for having breakfasts, lunches and dinners. the Borgo di Casa Bini consists of 2 APARTMENTS and the HUNTING HOUSE: - SIBILLA apartment on the first floor of the main building; - GINEVRA apartment on the ground floor of the main building; - LAVINIA Hunting House, single house at 50ml. from the main body. The 3 units described above CAN BE RENTED INDIVIDUALLY OR ALL TOGETHER DEPENDING ON THE NUMBER OF GUESTS AND / OR THE DESIRED PRIVACY. (Maximum capacity 22 people) The geographical area in which CASA BINI is located is central to the most visited cities in Tuscany and is easily accessible from the main roads and highways. Guests can enjoy the beautiful garden around the house and numerous paths and walks within our property, thus leaving the freedom to spend the days in the rural spaces between a book, a dip in the pool or a Tuscan lunch or take the car or train and in less than half an hour you can reach the heart of Florence. In our structure it is possible to receive CUSTOMIZED SERVICES especially regarding tastings of products linked to the territory, as well as everything that can make your stay in Tuscany more comfortable and enjoyable. Heating costs will be calculated at the end of the stay based on consumption.
