A room in a house near Rome

Our villa is the ideal place where you can feel the accord with nature and enjoy the birds’ singing far away from traffic and noises, just 40 minutes by car from Rome. The area is very safe. At 200 meters from the apartment there is a pool with special rates for our guests. Villa “Selva Grande” is a really cosy and confortable house with modern wood forniture and parquet, built accordingly to the European environmental rules. In your own room or in the hall you can watch your favourite TV shows, listen to the music or simply read an interesting book. During the cold season you can comfortably stay close to the fireplace with a glass of wine in your hands. The wonderful landscape from our balcony is an ideal place to relax and to have breakfast in the hot season. Our villa has two rooms, each of everyone has its own bathroom, two mini-apartments with private entrance and has a private parking and park with fruit and olive trees. There is an outdoor pool at 200 meters from the B&B. The owners live on the first floor of the house. It is possible to leave the car near the train station, that is 7 km away from the villa and catch the train, that will take you in the “heart” of Rome in Piazza del Popolo in one hour. We will be happy to give you directions for the surrounding attractions: the Monte Soratte Natural Park; the artistic city of Calcata; the thermal springs; the Bracciano lake with its three castels; the Nazzano Natural Reserve; the Farfa Benedectine Abbey; the little medieval towns in the surroundings and other beauties of nature and architecture.
