At the wonderful Velenje lake you can sunbathe or swim & you can choose from a variety of vessels for an exciting water experience. Nearby the well-maintained and vast grass areas offer large number of possibilities for spending your leisure time in the relaxed atmosphere close to the water. The beach bar MiaMia, which is located near the boat house, offers a variety of refreshments from a large number of beverages, ice cream and delicious snacks. The restaurant Jezero offers fine dinning. You can easily walk, rent a car or bike. Bus & train station are very close. We offer bikes rental for the additional rate of only $6 per bike for the whole day. Please be advised that the heating is not included in the price. Hot water is included if used in the monthly average amount. Any additional usage must be paid based on the bill by KOMUNALNO PODJETJE. If you will request the heating it will cost 10 euros per night. This is in addition to any overuse of the hot water. The government of Slovenia requires from hosts to register each guest’s government issued ID into E-TOURISM. You will have to provide to the host the government issued ID at least 48 hours prior to check in date. Check in is at anytime after 3pm. All guests have to arrive during this time frame. Each guest has to show a valid government issued ID at the time of check in. Names - last names of all guests provided by the guest have to match submitted ID documents. Guests cannot be switched or changed with any other non-registered guests. The negative covid tests or the proof of vaccine accepted by Slovenian government has to be submitted for each guest at least 48 hours prior the check in date. The mandatory tourist city’s tax & city’s promotion tax in the amount of 1.75 euros per guest per day has to be paid before your check in or collected by the money request sent by Airbnb at least 72 hours before your check in date. Hot water is included. Heating costs are 20 euros per night. By booking this villa guest agrees to pay the heating costs as well as the mandatory tourist tax. Guest will receive money request by Airbnb for these costs at the end of the stay. The bikes are free of charge, however there is a security deposit required for the bikes in the amount of 99 euros per bike. It is returned at the end of your stay if bikes are returned in the same great condition you received them.
